– Minimum Diploma or Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field

– Strong background in day-to-day operations, including housekeeping, front office, FansB, and maintenance coordination

– At least 2-3 years of experience in villa, hotel, or resort operations (supervisory role preferred)., – Excellent leadership and team management skills able to supervise and motivate staff effectively

– Skilled in problem-solving, handling guest complaints and operational challenges efficiently and professionally

– Knowledge of property management systems, booking platforms, and basic financial reporting is an advantage

– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to ensure smooth daily operations

– Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
