We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT outsourcing and recruitment services, with strong knowledge of the sales cycle and client relationship management.
Responsibilities
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
– Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth in IT outsourcing and recruitment services.
– Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
– Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and service excellence.
– Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to management.
– Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Minimum Qualifications
– 2–3 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role.
– Experience in IT outsourcing and recruitment services is a must.
– Excellent knowledge of the sales cycle, business development, and account management.
– Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
– Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
