Job Description
– Manage daily store operations, including human resources and systems, in accordance with applicable SOPs

– Perform store administration tasks such as recording sales, preparing daily reports, and managing operational documents

– Monitor inventory to ensure availability and optimal stock management
– Ensure overall store cleanliness in compliance with established standards

Minimum Qualifications
– Minimum 8 years of experience in retail, including at least 4 years in a managerial position, preferably in the F&B industry

– Understand the process of managing teams and store operations

– Understand the process of managing inventory and logistics

– Experienced in working with sales targets
