Job Description
We’re looking for an adaptive and goal-driven Telemarketing Manager to join our team

You’ll be responsible for recruiting, training, and leading a team of Telemarketing Representatives to meet sales targets while optimizing funnel strategies and ensuring customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities
1

Team Leadership & Performance Management
– Recruit, coach, and lead the Telemarketing (TMK) team to meet weekly and monthly KPIs

– Conduct regular check-ins, 1:1s, and performance reviews

– Monitor team performance, address issues, and implement performance improvement plans when needed

– Ensure accurate reporting and high-quality results from the team

Strategy & Funnel Optimization
– Design and implement effective lead generation processes

– Work with Marketing and Sales to align strategies and ensure a healthy cost of acquisition (COA)

– Analyze funnel metrics and generate actionable insights for leadership

Collaboration
– Coordinate with Marketing and Sales for smooth lead handovers and follow-up

– Support campaign initiatives that drive lead quality and conversions

Customer Relationship Management
– Address customer inquiries and complaints

– Ensure excellent customer experience and long-term relationship building

Minimum Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Management, or a related field
– 4+ years of work experience as a Telemarketing Manager/ Supervisor/ Lead Telesales Manager , or a similar role in the Tele/Sales department
– Familiarity with the latest industry trends and developments
– Working Day: Tuesday – Saturday
