Job Description: 1

Manage company tax obligations in accordance with applicable regulations (VAT, Income Tax, Monthly & Annual Tax Returns)

Prepare, calculate, and submit monthly and annual tax reports (SPT) accurately and on time

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards

Perform regular bank reconciliations

5

Handle financial transactions, including AR (Accounts Receivable), AP (Accounts Payable), invoicing, payments, and reimbursements

6

Record, calculate, and reconcile invoice data with supporting documents

7

Organize and maintain financial and tax documents in a structured and orderly manner

8

Conduct financial analysis to support management decision-making

9

Assist in finance administration processes, including daily cash flow and petty cash management

10

Coordinate with external and internal auditors during audit processes

11

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and government policies

12

Provide regular financial and tax reports, and deliver briefings to supervisors (Brief A, Brief B)

⸻ Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation

• Certified in Taxation (Brevet A & B)

• 1–3 years of working experience in accounting and taxation

• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Zahir, or similar)

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel

• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and excellent in document management

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team

• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest tax regulations and compliance requirements
