– Supervise day-to-day operations of the self-storage facility
– Check-in/out customers and assist with locker access
– Maintain cleanliness and safety of units and site
– Oversee security protocols and monitor CCTV when needed
– Receive and arrange deliveries for customers
– Assist with light maintenance and customer service
– Update booking forms and storage logs (basic computer or mobile app use), – Honest, trustworthy, hardworking and punctual

– Fluent in English qand Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written)
– Good communication and customer service skills
– Must have a valid driving license (SIM A or SIM C)
– Able to drive a motorbike (mandatory) and car (preferred) Punctual, reliable, and willing to take initiative
– Experience in warehousing, logistics, or storage is a plus Good smartphone or WhatsApp knowledge required
– Must live near Kerobokan, Umalas, Denpasar, or surrounding areas
