Job Description
– Design and document data mapping across systems (OMS, DIS, DMS), including payload structures and transformation logic

– Develop test scenarios, execute integration testing, validate data flows, and coordinate UAT with distributors and internal teams

– Act as a liaison between distributor IT teams and business stakeholders to confirm data accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and align integration logic

– Identify and resolve integration issues (e.g., mapping errors, data inconsistencies), escalate to the relevant PIC, and ensure timely resolution

– Produce detailed documentation such as mapping logic, test results, and issue logs for each distributor integration setup

– Collaborate with Product Owners and the Integration Team to align technical designs and deployment timelines

– Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure integration readiness and provide support during testing and go-live

Minimum Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

– 2–3 years of experience in system integration, data mapping, or testing

– Strong knowledge of APIs, payload structures, and data transformation logic

– Hands-on experience with integration testing, UAT coordination, and troubleshooting data issues

– Excellent communication skills to work with business teams, distributors, and vendors

– Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple integration projects
