Job Description
– Analyze and update .NET applications for OS and database compatibility

– Support Windows and SQL Server upgrade activities

– Troubleshoot upgrade-related issues and optimize performance

– Conduct deep analysis to provide solution, ensuring seamless integration between systems while maintaining performance, data integrity and scalability

– Ensure .NET applications remain stable and compatible throughout the upgrade process

Minimum Qualifications
Education
– Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

– Good communication skill in English (written and spoken) – required for communication with local and regional teams
Experience
– Minimum 5 years of experience as a .NET Programmer, preferably in system integration projects
– Experience in software development project in Banking industry is preferable
Hard skills
– Proven experience working with middleware, APIs, ETL process and data transformation tools
– Strong knowledge of system development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Waterfall methodologies
– Solid understanding of web development and database programming using .NET, and MS SQL
– Familiarity with security and regulatory standard of system development for financial industry
– Excellent system impact analysis and troubleshooting skills
Soft Skills
– Strong communication, analytical and coordination abilities to work with cross-functional teams, incl

regional/global counterparts

– Familiarity with system technical documentation in English
– Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset

– Detail-oriented with a focus on process and documentation

– Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
