Job Description
– Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents

– Advise management on legal implications of business decisions and strategies

– Ensure legal compliance with company policies, regulations, and applicable laws

– Liaise with external legal counsel when necessary

– Manage and resolve legal disputes, complaints, and litigation matters

– Support internal teams (HR, Finance, Operations, Commercial) with legal guidance

– Conduct legal research and monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations

– Prepare and maintain legal documentation, including company licenses and contracts

Minimum Qualifications
– bachelor’s degree in law, master’s degree is a plus
– licensed to practice law in Indonesia (peradi preferred)
– minimum 3–5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in corporate or commercial law
– strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations (business, employment, contract, etc.)
– excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
– high integrity, strong attention to detail, and proactive mindset
– fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
