Job Description
– Oversee and optimize daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments

– Develop and implement strategic operational plans, policies, and procedures to drive continuous improvement and achieve organizational goals

– Lead, mentor, and manage operational teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment

– Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs

Minimum Qualifications
– At least 12 years of experience in operations management or a similar role

– Strong leadership, team management, and communication abilities

– Proficient in operational principles, SOP implementation, and relevant systems

– Excellent analytical thinking and problem solving skills
