We are looking for 2 Key Account Executives – one for each brand – to strengthen our e-commerce operations

What You Will Do Upload and update SKUs (manual & bulk) with accurate product details (name, description, specs, images) Manage pricing and promotions across all sales channels, ensuring competitiveness Support campaign execution: SKU submission, content briefing (banners, feed posts, livestreams), and promotional tools (voucher, flexi combo, greetings) Monitor stock in OMS & warehouse, update omnichannel system, and resolve OOS or order issues Collaborate with Ops, CX, Warehouse, and Content/Design teams for smooth execution Conduct competitor checks on products & pricing, provide insights and recommendations for KAM strategy What We’re Looking For Min

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, Statistics, or Communication Min

1 year experience in e-commerce / FMCG / fashion / sports / lifestyle (fresh graduates with relevant background are welcome) Strong administration & coordination skills Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets (lookup, pivot), Slides & PowerPoint Familiar with e-commerce admin tools & campaign submission processes Good communication skills (written & verbal), logical thinking, and team collaboration mindset Preferred: background in fashion, sports, FMCG, or luxury (not electronics!)
