– Providing hospitable service and able to explain product benefits well

– Performing eye examinations such as refraction, visual acuity (visus), binocular vision testing, and contact lens fitting

– Offering eye care consultations to
customers

– Conducting urgent lens cutting services directly in-store

– Actively engaging in upselling by recommending suitable premium products and services to meet customer needs

– Compiling and reconciling offline order data

– Placing lens orders on system., – Minimum education from Diploma or Bachelors Degree from other disciplines will also be considered

– Minimum of 1 years experience in the optical industry

– Strong problem-solving abilities, having a certificate in optics or a demonstrated passion for the optical field is an advantage

– Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and skilled in upselling

– Proficient in everyday English communication for the workplace

– Familiar with order entry and processing systems and customer oriented

– Willing to be based in Denpasar, Bali
