SALES STAFF
– S1 education in all majors

– At least 1 year of experience in sales/marketing (experience in handicraft is a plus)

– Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills

Exhibit persuasiveness and self-confidence in interactions

– Accustomed to working with sales targets

– Demonstrate effective negotiation skills and actively build strong customer relationships

– Skilled in using email, social media, and e-commerce platforms to drive sales

– Mobile and ready to work in the field (if needed)

– Be able to work independently or as part of a team

– Honest, disciplined, and responsible

– Willing to participate in product training before starting work

MARKETING STAFF
– S1 education in all majors

– At least 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in home décor, handicraft, lifestyle, or export industry (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome)

– Strong communication and writing skills (Bahasa Indonesia and English)

– Proficiency in digital marketing tools:
– Social media management
– Meta Ads/Google Ads
– Email marketing platforms
– Basic design and content creation skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools)

– Analytical and creative thinking with attention to detail

– Team player, proactive, and willing to learn new skills
