Your Key Responsibilities: Translate a wide variety of company documents between Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia to all department content

Provide verbal interpretation during internal meetings, cross-department discussions, management briefings, and trainings involving Mandarin-speaking staff or partners

Ensure smooth communication between top management and all staff

Interpret and clearly convey company policies, directions, and strategic instructions between local and Mandarin-speaking teams

Maintain and manage confidential reports, meeting notes, and internal communications in both languages

Be a trusted partner in handling sensitive topics or confidential matters that require discretion and integrity

Coordinate with overseas teams from China regarding application updates, or company

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mandarin Language, International Relations, Business, or a related field

Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written (HSK 3+ preferred)

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Translator in a corporate environment

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity

Highly trustworthy, discreet, honest, and able to handle confidential company information responsibly

Strong interpersonal, communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and professionalism

Flexible and able to adapt to dynamic and fast-paced work environments
