We’re now looking for a Live & Affiliate Supervisor to take charge of our livestreaming operations and affiliate growth programs

If you love working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and know how to scale talent-driven sales channels, we want you on our team! 🎯 What You’ll Do Live Streaming Operations Manage host performance and daily targets Oversee livestream scheduling and ensure smooth coverage Train and develop new live hosts/talents Drive continuous improvements in livestream quality and engagement Affiliate Recruitment & Management Lead and supervise a team of affiliate recruiters Set clear goals, track performance, and optimize recruitment strategies Build and manage affiliate engagement programs to increase sales and traffic (WhatsApp groups, exclusive promos, challenges, etc.) Handle relationships with MCNs (Multi-Channel Networks) in both TikTok & Shopee Identify and onboard mega KOLs to expand the affiliate network ✅ Requirements Min
