Description: We are the Indonesian team of Ppeum Clinic, one of Korea’s leading beauty clinic brands, now expanding into Jakarta

In addition to opening our first premium clinic in Indonesia, we’re also preparing to launch a new Korean-inspired cosmetic line—starting with sunscreen, moisturizer, cleanser, and sheet masks

We’re looking for an E-commerce Operations to take charge of setting up, managing, and optimizing our online sales channels

In this role, you will be responsible for building our e-commerce presence, driving digital growth, and ensuring a seamless customer journey

You’ll also support the launch of our beauty clinic and cosmetic brand, gaining hands-on experience and direct exposure to the fast-evolving K-beauty industry

Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions across e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop)

Monitor daily sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates, and prepare analytical reports

Oversee order fulfillment processes and resolve issues related to stock, delivery, or returns

Track, analyze, and report warehouse operational expenses (rent, utilities, labor, packaging, logistics, etc.)

Monitor vendor contracts and service agreements to optimize spending

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of hands-on e-commerce experience in the Indonesian market, particularly with Shopee and TikTok Shop

Strong English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with international teams and customers

Deep understanding of Indonesian culture and market, with familiarity in social media trends, consumer behavior, and celebrity/influencer marketing

Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive sustainable sales growth
