Responsibilities: Diligently research Key Opinion Leaders that fit our brand

Carefully create Surat Perjanjian Kerja and Scope of Work for each KOL

Negotiate with KOL to find the best common ground for both parties

Assess and collect results from KOL

Importantly, foster strong bonds with KOL through various channels

Manage & supervise the performance of Team Live

Conduct collaboration and partnership with local brands

Develop and manage affiliate programs, including recruitment of potential affiliates, monitoring performance, and ensuring alignment with brand goals

Track and analyze affiliate metrics to optimize conversions and ROI

Build strong relationships with affiliates and provide necessary support to maximize results

Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in KOL/ Influencer/ Affiliate Management or a similiar role

Quick thnkers, full of fresh ideas, and adapt to social media trends

Masters of the art of communication, both spoken and written

Fast response, organized and blessed with capacity to remember details

Understand both Company and KOL's behavior, discrectioms, and confidentiality

Have the ability to communicate and negotiate with third parties
