What You’ll Do: As HR Generalist you’ll take full ownership of the HR function in a fast-growing company

Manage end-to-end recruitment, from posting job openings to interviewing top talents

Lead a smooth onboarding experience and ensure new joiners feel supported from day one

Be the go-to HR partner for our team, providing guidance, support, and practical solutions on people-related matters

Drive and execute HR initiatives, including performance management, company culture, engagement, and learning programs

Oversee HR operations and administration to ensure everything runs efficiently

Collaborate closely with leaders on strategic HR projects that strengthen our culture, growth, and team alignment

What We’re Looking For: 1-2 years experience as HR Generalist

A genuine passion for people and creating a supportive work environment

Great communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude, easygoing, adaptable, and collaborative

Solid understanding of HR practices (recruitment, talent development, HR operations and HRIS) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and ever-evolving environment
