Job Description: Lead and coach the sales team (Sales Officers, SPG/SPB, Merchandisers)

Ensure product distribution, availability, and visibility across areas

Achieve sales targets and expand new outlets in potential regions

Analyze sales performance and develop area growth strategies

Prepare regular reports on sales, distribution, and field activities

Qualifications: Minimum Diploma (D3), Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Marketing, or related field preferred

3–5 years of experience in sales or distribution, ideally in FMCG

Experienced in managing sales teams and working with distributors/resellers

Strong understanding of General Trade & Modern Trade operations

Proficient in Microsoft Office; DMS/CRM experience is a plus

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Hold a valid SIM C/A, willing to travel frequently, and preferably based in the assigned area
