Pada bulan Juli 2016, Apical mengakuisisi perusahaan biodiesel Spanyol, Bio-Oils, meningkatkan produksi solar secara global tahunan sebesar hampir 60% menjadi lebih dari 680.000 ton per tahun

Kilang-kilang ini didukung oleh infrastruktur logistik terpadu seperti dermaga, tangki penyimpanan darat dan tongkang, fasilitas desalinasi air dan pembangkit listrik mandiri

Officer, HR
Responsibilities:
– Assist in recruitment process (e.g., advertising vacancies, receiving and screening applications, conducting interviews)
– Maintain all HR records and personnel files, including confidential information

– Organize and coordinate training programs for staff development

– Provide general administrative support to Human Resources Department

– Act as a focal point for employees seeking assistance or advice on a wide range of HR related issues

– Conduct orientation sessions for newcomers

– Administer various HR policies and procedures e.g

leave policy, disciplinary actions, performance appraisals etc

Qualification:
– Minimum Bachelor’s Degree holder in any field

– Possess basic knowledge in HR practices

– Ability to work independently, efficiently and accurately under pressure

– Excellent organizational skills and attention to details

– Good communication skill in English

– Experience working with Microsoft Office especially MS Word & MS Excel

– Experience with Workday will be considered a plus

– Willing working from Mon – Fri and alternate Sat

– Willing to be place in Dumai, Riau

Operator, Refinery & Fractionation
Padang, Sumatera Barat
Responsibilities:
Operate various equipments and systems to ensure smooth running of day to day refinery production activities

In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
– Assist in the manufacture and load Refinery products and properly document work completed

– Follow company standard workplace safety, operational, and quality procedures at all times

– Assist in load out and receiving functions, which include preparing trucks for shipment and loading products

– Monitor operating equipment (pumps, valves, pressure/temperature readings, fans and chemical treatment systems, etc.)

– General plant upkeep, including custodial duties

– Other relevant duties as per assigned

To be successful in this role, it is mandatory that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
– Min

high school education background
– Relevant working experience in a similar role will be an advantage, but not mandatory
– Willing to work with shift work schedule

– Willing to relocate to the job location
