Supervisor Fire Fighting

Job Description:
– Strong Leadership & team management
– Responsible maintain fire protection equipment in work area (Industrial), office, etc

– To manage company objectives and all applicable regulation & standard obligation for Fire Protection, with reporting, compliance, and other statutory requirements

– To be accountable for the execution of plans in each of these functions & responsible for preventive maintenance

– To ensure inspection, test and preventive maintenance procedures conducted by subordinates are done according to applied standard

– To conduct coordination fire protection preventive maintenance activities with related stakeholder & other Fire & Safety respective sections

– To communicate & coordinate with safety & fire emergency services during inspection, test, and preventive maintenance activities to assure all fire protection system are functional properly

– Maintain the performance and quality of fire protection equipment according to standards without neglect the building architecture based on company’s commercial building regulations

– Conduct building fire protection equipment inspection, test & preventive maintenance on work area

– Coordinate with corrective maintenance team for fire protection equipment impairment or break down

– Create daily, weekly and monthly reports related to Fire Fighting

Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or Equivalent
– Certified of Competency for Fire Fighting with min Class C to A (BNSP or Kemenaker)

– Have min 5 Years’ experience working in Fire Protection Project or Industry Maintenance on equivalent position, and 4 years’ experience in similar role as Supervisor Fire Fighting and Fire System

– Have a knowledge of Life Safety & Fire Protection Code & Standard

– Strong in Team Management, Fire Alarm System, Asporating Smoke Detection System, Foam Based Fire Suppression, Gaseous Fire Suppression, Water Based Fire Protection, Building Management System Integration

– Be able to speak to groups & communicate abstract concepts

– Excellent communication skills in English both verbal & written, computer literate & reporting skills

– Ready to work at remote area (OKI Baung)

Safety Officer
Job Description:
– Conduct regular Safety & Health audit to ensure all working area is safe, Safety campaign, Training, etc
– Conduct risk assessment in all activity
– Create & improvement HSE Procedure (SOP, WI, JSA, HIARO/ HIRADC, Permit, Safety Sign)
– Create & Implement CSMS program
– Knowledge of HSE regulation (inc SMK3)
– Cooperate with third parties to doncudct OHS – related inspection test
Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Engineering, or equivalent
– Has experience in Health & Safety field with min

3 years
– Certified as AK3U (Kemenaker or BNSP) & active and registered to Teman K3 website & SMK3 certicate or other safety certificate as preferable
– Fluent in English (Verbal & Written
– Ready to work at remote area (OKI Baung)
