The Opportunity We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager (Full-Stack / Generalist) to help us tell DoveHero’s story and bring our product to market

This isn’t a “watch from the sidelines” role, you’ll be building our marketing engine from scratch, testing ideas, and helping us land our pioneer clients

If you like wearing many hats, moving fast, and turning ideas into measurable results, you’ll fit right in

What You’ll Do Shape DoveHero’s marketing playbook from the ground up (strategy + execution)

Run growth campaigns across email marketing, LinkedIn Ads, influencer marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid social

Craft clear and compelling messaging for our website, social media, and sales collateral

Lead go-to-market for product and feature launches with strong positioning and execution

Craft compelling messaging and storytelling across campaigns, website, social, and sales collateral

Build DoveHero’s digital presence, community engagement, and thought leadership

Partner with founders, sales, and product to align on GTM strategy

Measure impact rigorously, iterate quickly, and drive measurable revenue outcomes

Track what’s working, double down fast, and optimize for impact

(Future) Hire and lead a small marketing team as the company scales

What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience across marketing (startup or SaaS background is a plus)

A true generalist, comfortable with content, paid channels, analytics, and branding

Hands-on with growth levers: email automation, ad platforms, funnel optimization, etc

Strong storytelling and copywriting chops, you know how to grab attention

Hands-on growth marketing expertise with tools, automation, and data

Bonus: exposure to Dubai Real Estate or PropTech

Startup mindset: resourceful, scrappy, and excited to build from 0–1
