Job Description
– Set up and manage digital tracking systems (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, social media tools, etc.) across all digital assets
– Gather, analyze, and interpret digital data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities
– Deliver clear and actionable reports and dashboards on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
– Communicate insights effectively to internal stakeholders to support strategic decisions
Minimum Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
– Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital analytics or digital research
– Proficiency with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Tableau, and social media analytics platforms
– Strong understanding of dashboard development and data visualization
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
– Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills
– A collaborative team player with effective communication skills
