Role summary Own the end-to-end delivery of collections/capsules from concept to launch—coordinating design, sourcing, production, and go-to-market to hit quality, cost, and timeline targets

Core responsibilities Planning & calendar: Build and maintain the seasonal critical path (concept → sampling → PPM → bulk → inbound → launch)

Define scope, milestones, budgets, and risk register; run weekly standups and status reports

Design handoff & product data

Consolidate BOMs, specs, size grading, and labeling requirements

Track sample rounds (proto/fit/PP/size set) and approvals; control versioning

Sourcing & costing

Obtain vendor quotes/MOQs/lead times; negotiate target FOB/CM and payment terms

Lock materials (fabrics, trims) and capacity reservations; issue POs

Production & quality

Lead pre-production meetings (PPM); monitor WIP, line loading, and throughput

Implement QA/QC plans (AQL, inline/final inspection), testing/compliance (e.g., CPSIA for kidswear), and defect containment

Logistics & launch readiness

Coordinate shipping (EXW/FOB/CIF), import docs, and DC receiving; ensure OTIF delivery

Align e-commerce/retail launch: photography, PDP data, pricing, barcodes/SKUs, merchandising, PR/KOL deliverables

Stakeholder & change control

Keep design, merchandising, finance, marketing, and ops aligned; manage scope changes and reforecasts

Run post-mortems; capture learnings to improve next season’s calendar
